CANCELLATION POLICY

Every appointment is reserved especially for you, and I’m so grateful you choose Wildflower Beauty. As a small business, last-minute changes leave an appointment time that can be difficult to fill. I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Late Policy Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late with no notice to me, will be marked as a No Show and charged accordingly. Illness & Unexpected Emergencies I understand that life happens. Sudden illness, family emergencies, severe weather, and other circumstances genuinely outside of your control may arise. If an unexpected situation occurs, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you are sick or experiencing contagious symptoms, please contact me and reschedule your appointment. Please understand that work conflicts, forgotten appointments, scheduling conflicts, or other avoidable last-minute changes are still subject to the cancellation policy. Card on File & Future Appointments A valid credit card is required on file to reserve an appointment. Your card will only be charged if a cancellation or no-show fee applies. Following a late cancellation or no-show, any applicable fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. You will also be required to acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy before booking future appointments. Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in loss of online booking privileges or require prepayment for future appointments. By booking an appointment with Wildflower Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
